Dr. Quyen Ngo-Metzger, Professor in the Department of Health Systems Science, has filled the role as Interim Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs during the comprehensive search process. Her steady leadership and commitment to faculty development have been invaluable to the KPSOM community. Under Dr. Ngo-Metzger's guidance, KPSOM has fully implemented multi-track promotional pathways and connected the school’s clinical faculty more closely to the Office of Faculty Affairs.

Moving forward, KPSOM’s Office of Faculty Affairs will remain a vital resource for faculty academic career development, supporting appointments and promotions, and helping identify opportunities to advance research and scholarship.
