The American College of Epidemiology (ACE) announced this week that Dr. Steven Jacobsen, senior director of research for Kaiser Permanente Southern California, was elected by his peers to serve as president in 2021.
Dr. Jacobsen is also a professor of Health Systems Science at Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. He said he was honored to lead ACE, a credential-based organization for the continued education and advocacy for epidemiologists.
