Kaiser Permanente’s virtual cardiac rehabilitation program enables patients recovering from a cardiac event to do so at home, keeping in contact with their care team via a wearable fitness tracker that monitors steps, heart rate, and other vital information. Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine Assistant Professor Chileshe Price is one of the cardiologists championing this innovative new program for her patients.
