The Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine places a high priority on supporting the well-being of students and an inclusive community so all students can thrive throughout their four-year medical education. The Office of Student Affairs (OSA), in collaboration with other offices and departments, provides access to a comprehensive network of resources to ensure students can find the support they need. 

Our mission is to partner with our students inclusively and equitably to create an environment that supports student growth, fosters community-building, develops resilience, and encourages all aspects of well-being in themselves and their communities.
