Dr. Mudit Mathur is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group physician specializing in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care. He is Regional Physician-in-Charge for pediatric intensivists and a member of the governance team for Kaiser Permanente Pediatric Care, and also serves as Physician Director for Patient Safety and Risk Management for the Kaiser Permanente San Bernardino County area. Previously, Dr. Mathur served as Director of the Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, and he has taught medical students, residents, and nursing students in a variety of settings. Dr. Mathur is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American College of Critical Care Medicine. He is a PREP-ICU editorial board member at the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support course director and consultant for the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He has been a volunteer mentor to site directors and course participants at Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support sites in China, Egypt, and Armenia.
