Ethan B. Rand, MD

Dr. Ethan Rand is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group physician who has served as a physiatrist at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center since 2017. Dr. Rand has conducted research on rehabilitation medicine, and has published and presented nationally on the topic. He has also spent time as a human factors consultant, providing usability guidance to designers of medical products to help patients be more active and independent.
