Dr. Carrie Nelson-Vasquez is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group partner physician specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Nelson-Vasquez has served as a preceptor for medical students at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine and serves as a member of the core faculty of Kaiser Permanente’s Family Medicine Residency Program.
