Blake Chin-Lee, MD

Dr. Blake Chin-Lee is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group adult primary care physician at the South Bay Medical Center. He has previously served as a physician mentor with Hippocrates Circle, a program to encourage interest among youth in careers in medicine, and as a preceptor to nurse practitioner and physician assistant students at Kaiser Permanente South Bay. He has been a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 2012.
