William J. Towner, MD, FACP, FIDSA

Dr. William Towner has been a staff physician with Southern California Permanente Medical Group since 1997, and his work focuses on caring for patients affected by HIV. He has been Principal Investigator for multiple ongoing Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. Dr. Towner is also committed to medical education, which he demonstrated by serving as teaching faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine, and an Associate Professor at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine.
