Dr. Vanessa Ghaderi serves as Assistant Area Medical Director, overseeing Internal Medicine subspecialties and as the Site Director for KPSOM at the Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center. Dr. Ghaderi leverages over a decade of experience to mentor and coach emerging leaders across the 11 departments she manages. She actively sponsors various committees within the hospital, such as Life Care Planning, Growth and Retention, and the Colorectal Cancer Core committees. In these roles, Dr. Ghaderi spearheads initiatives to drive positive change and enhance the overall quality of care. In June 2023, Dr. Ghaderi became South Bay Medical Center Site Director for KPSOM.
