Adjunct Assistant Professor

Biomedical Science

Dr. Ryan S. Lee joins the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences. Drawing on his research expertise in pediatric oncology, epigenetics, and genomics, Dr. Lee has developed curriculum and taught numerous courses on cancer biology at Harvard Medical School (HMS). He has also consulted on the creation of online and blended learning content that is grounded in active learning pedagogical approaches. In addition to his scientific teaching, Dr. Lee is passionate about para-curricular professional skills education and has developed programs in partnership with the Arts and Humanities Initiative at HMS, the Landry Cancer Biology Consortium, and others.
