Dr. Robert Sayoc Nocon conducts research that focuses on cost and organization of care in safety net settings. Much of his work leverages large administrative databases to examine the effectiveness of federal and state initiatives in Medicaid and the Federally Qualified Health Center program. Prior to his work as a researcher, Dr. Nocon served as a healthcare management consultant to academic medical centers and large integrated delivery systems, including Kaiser Permanente.
