Dr. Rachel Kaplan is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group physician specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Kaplan has held leadership positions with Kaiser Permanente, has previously served as a clinical instructor to Family Medicine residents at Northridge Medical Center, and has managed a free pediatric clinic run by medical students at Touro University.
