Dr. Olayinka Kenneth Warritay is actively involved in the Black Student Mentoring Program at KPSOM. Prior to joining KPSOM, Dr. Warritay personally mentored students and residents, and he served on the admissions committee for the Department of Public Health at Wayne State University. He is an urgent care physician and works at a Skilled Nursing facility for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG). He is actively involved in improving work flows at SCPMG. His research interests include improving outcomes in acute care settings, and he recently worked to streamline acute appendicitis surgeries in his service area.
