Dr. Moises Cruz is a partner physician who is committed to providing culturally sensitive care to Kaiser Permanente members. In addition to his role as physician, Dr. Cruz has researched and published on topics such as assessing the needs of the Latino community and creating a hypertension outreach program. He works as a volunteer at free clinics in Southern California and has supported an international mission in Guatemala.
