Dr. May S. Shung is a Board-certified physician in obstetrics and gynecology and an Instructor in the Clinical Science Department. Dr. Shung has been an ob/gyn physician for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group since 2014, and previously served in medical school admissions roles at UCLA. She has conducted research on women’s reproductive health and cancers, and on the long-term issues associated with prenatal cocaine exposure.
