Dr. Kristin L. Conn is a Family Medicine physician with the Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG). She serves as a mentor in the Black Physician Mentorship Program at KPSOM, encouraging students to recognize and value their unique experiences, gifts, and skills as enablers of success. Dr. Conn leads WPMG's Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity work and is committed to integrating equity fully into the business, reflecting its importance as an essential element of high-quality care and Kaiser Permanente's organizational goals. Dr. Conn champions organizational efforts to expand whole-person, culturally responsive care and adapt policies and processes that eliminate disparities in health and healthcare.
