José Avalos, MD

Dr. José Avalos is a Southern California Permanente Group physician who has supported the community through volunteer efforts such as providing services at free clinics and health fairs; serving as a leader in organized medicine for local, state, and national organizations; and serving on committees with Kaiser Permanente and local non-profit organizations. Dr. Avalos’ medical practice is based in Los Angeles, near where he grew up. He primarily treats underserved Latino patients dealing with complicated chronic disease.
