Dr. Isabel Chen’s work is grounded in improving the humanitarian potential of healthcare through education, research, and advocacy initiatives that improve health equity. She completed her Family Medicine residency training at Kaiser Permanente while participating in the establishment of the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine.
