Cynthia Freel, MD

Dr. Cynthia Freel is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group physician specializing in family medicine. Dr. Freel has mentored family medicine residents, and she acts as the Fontana Family Medicine Medical Student Clerkship Coordinator. She is currently the Fontana Medical Office Building Champion for MedTac (Medication Treatment Appropriateness Committee). She previously served as chair of the Radiology Utilization Action Team and was a member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center.
