Dr. Ardalan Bazargan-Lari is a Southern California Permanente Medical Group physician serving as Chief of the Department of General Internal Medicine at Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center, where he is also co-chair of the Innovation and Transformation Committee and physician director of the Bridge Clinic, a multidisciplinary facility for high-risk patients transitioning from hospital to home. He previously practiced and taught internal medicine as faculty of Beth Israel Deaconess Healthcare of Harvard Medical School.
