Health Systems Science

Dr. Alice Pressman has over 30 years of research experience, many of those with the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research in Northern California. Throughout her career, Dr. Pressman has served as a research scientist and biostatistician for numerous clinical and epidemiologic research studies in diverse settings, including academia, community-based research institutes, and non-profit healthcare systems. She is an epidemiologist and biostatistician by training, specializing in evaluation methodology, clinical trials methods, health equity and disparities, health systems evaluation, and clinical research on chronic pain and integrative therapies. Her work has been funded by NIH, PCORI, and several foundations and industry organizations.
