Interim Senior Director of Marketing and Communications

Ms. Molina leads institution-wide communication efforts, managing both internal and external strategies, brand marketing, and reputation protection. She also oversees public relations initiatives and marketing strategies to promote KPSOM’s mission and attract top prospective medical students. An action-oriented coach and leader, Amy is a transformative marketer with over 18 years of experience employing innovative, data-driven, marketing initiatives to consistently set and exceed business objectives. Prior to joining KPSOM, Amy served at Panda Restaurant Group as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, spearheading the creation and implementation of their brand voice, social media playbook, and integrated communications plans for new product launches.

Prior to that, Amy served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Nestlé USA, working with global brands like Coffee-mate and Nescafe and leading the pioneer Nestlé multicultural recipe platform aimed at new audiences. She also has extensive marketing experience in automotive, entertainment, and consumer electronics sectors. Ms. Molina earned her BS in Marketing Management from California State University, Los Angeles.
