Margaret Denton, JD, MBA

Margaret Denton oversees the development, implementation, and management of the school’s ethics and compliance program. She provides strategic guidance and representation to the school’s leadership on changing governmental and corporate internal policy requirements, including compliance with Title IX, privacy matters, conflict-of-interest guidelines, and other policies and regulations impacting the school; she also works with various leaders and team members on matters related to the school’s internal policy development and maintenance program. Denton develops and promotes compliance education and awareness programs in collaboration with Kaiser Permanente’s Ethics and Compliance Program and serves as a schoolwide resource for compliance-related information and support. In addition to her leadership role at the school, Denton is a member of Kaiser Permanente’s Ethics and Compliance Senior Leadership Team.
