Dr. López-Ojeda is a basic sciences educator with more than 20 years of medical and biomedical teaching experience. He was a founding faculty member of the College of Medicine at the University of Central Florida (UCF-COM), where he taught basic science disciplines, with emphasis in the anatomical disciplines. He also taught clinical gross anatomy and neuroscience for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the UCF College of Health and Public Affairs. Dr. López-Ojeda has published four books and laboratory manuals on the integration of medical physiology, anatomy, and other basic sciences for undergraduate premedical education. In addition to his comprehensive academic career and scholarly work, Dr. López-Ojeda possesses a strong clinical background in conventional diagnostic radiology and imaging anatomy.
