Senior Director of Marketing and Communications
As the senior director of Marketing and Communications, Jessica Revlin is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of all marketing and communications functions for the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine (KPSOM).
Prior to joining the school, Ms. Revlin served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Tseng College of Graduate, International and Midcareer Education at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She spearheaded the strategic vision and management of the organization’s marketing and communication strategies for more than 30 educational programs, yielding over 4,000 applicants and $40 million in annual revenue. She led a team of 12 creative professionals and implemented all outreach and communication efforts, including paid search, digital marketing, public relations, social media, content marketing, search engine optimization, design, video, market research, and event management.
Before CSUN, Ms. Revlin worked in the technology and consumer-packaged-goods industries with an emphasis in strategic planning, branding, multimedia advertising, packaging/point of sale, competitive benchmarking, product development, and public relations. She was responsible for the branding and marketing strategy around the Duracell/Procter & Gamble Co., Dell, and HP Inc. product lines and led the creation, promotion, and distribution of two new consumer electronics brands.
Ms. Revlin earned a BA in Psychology from UCLA and her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
